The ingredients for this recipe work well. The baking process, however, does not work. I have experimented with this recipe several times and I think I have the perfect solution for a meringue with a firm crust and a soft inside. Preheat your oven to 300 degrees. When you place the meringue in the oven, drop the temperature to 250 degrees. Ba"
