"I am making this recipe this year but I am using a 18lb turkey. How much should I tweak the recipe? Has anyone stuffed the turkey for this recipe? And what type of stuffing did you use? This recipe also leaves out the butter rub with fresh sage and black pepper that Bobby Flay used.
