I made this for dinner last night and we ABSOLUTELY LOVED IT! It was moist and the coating was nice and crispy. I adjust the amount of salt to taste but otherwise I followed Ina's recipe to the T. Thanks for another fantastic recipe Ina.

Reviewed Mocha Brownies

I, too, had the problem of following the recipe exactly but the center of the brownie was raw. Maybe an 8x8 pan is too small to accommodate all the batter and bake the brownies to doneness? Extra minutes in the oven still didn't help. I used a Pyrex glass baking dish. Is this a recipe for a double recipe?"

We had the steaks tonight for dinner. One word to describe them....Delicious! Followed the recipe pretty closely except instead of straining the onions etc., I left them in the sauce and put them on top of the steaks along with the wine sauce. WOW!
