Reviewed Roasted Brussels Sprouts with Pomegranates and Vanilla-Pecan Butter
"Jury's out. I want to love this recipe because I saw Bobby make it on the Throwdown and it looked even better than it sounded so for now I'll claim pilot error - didn't like it. 1) lots of work 2) couldn't find the pomeganate molasses so made one using AB's recipe recommended in another review but evidently cooked it too long. Can you say pomegranate candy? I saved the pan but barely. Had lots of leftovers but voted to trash it. :-( Do not try this on company - experiment on your nearest and dearest first. Or perhaps I should say, don't try this at home - leave it to the Iron Chef.
