I love this recipe. I cooked my cranberries with a little water and 3/4 cup sugar. Once the berries popped open I mixed in the oranges. I cut the oranges into bite size pieces and added the pecans. I've made this three times since Thanksgiving. Yum!!"

This is so easy to make. I had a 5# prime rib roast. I put the olive oil and rub on the entire roast including the bottom.
