What's the point of removing the skin and the adding tons of butter? Should have left skin on and put compound butter underneath. That way the butter would bast and season as it cooks, requiring a lot less fat. If this is Paula's best I don't think I will be trying too many more recipes. Bye for now I have to go clean my arteries."

I can't believe anyone gave this more than 2 stars at most. To suggest either dill or parsley is nuts. There is no similarity in flavor. The recipe was just boring and I would never make it again!!!!!!!!!!

I can't believe anyone actually gave this recipe 5 stars. Could any recipe be LESS original than this? And to attribute it to this particular cook is quite amusing. I guess I could write the Roasted Vegetable cookbook and just change out the vegetables in each recipe. Wake up Food Network, we expect a little more.
