I dint have a food mill, so I passed the tomatoes through a fine sieve pressing with a spoon. A lot of work but it was worth it.
The recipe doesn't list the water on the ingredients. Make sure you don't miss it. Next time I make it I will write down the amount of salt. I am not a big fan of "salt to taste"...”
