“One of the best chocolate chip cookie recipes I have found. I took the advice of substituting 3 tbls of flour for corn starch and instead of shortening I used oil. I baked at 350 instead of 375 because my oven runs hot and dropped them by heaping tablespoons. They came out crisp on the outside and chewy on the inside. I also refrigerated the dough"”

“I love to cook and bake but I have never made meringues before so I decided to try these out. They were a lot easier than I had expected and turned out amazing.
