I sent my hubby to buy basil, parmesan & other groceries but completely forgot the parmesan. :< I ended up using regular grated Kraft Parmesan hoping it would turn out at least eatable and let me tell you.... it was the most amazing dinner we've had in a while!! I can only imagine how incredible the real recipe must be. We all seconds! The potatoes were so tasty! (didn't add the hot peppers)my daughter was all over them ! thank you so much for this recipe, its definitely a permanent dish in my family!

"after reading the reviews on this recipe, i just had to try it! and let me tell you.... this is now one of my most requested meals from my family even my 6 year old daughter! the sauce is amazing and compliments the pico de gallo so well. Its an explosion of flavors in your mouth! would give it 10 stars all the way!!
