Reviewed Pork Chile Verde
"Wow - this was amazing! I did as some previous reviewers did and roasted all the peppers, onions, and garlic under the broiler. It definitely adds depth of flavor to the dish. It simmered for 2 1/2 hours and the consistency was perfect - not at all 'soupy'. The pork melted in our mouths. I served it with herbed rice, adding fresh cilantro at the "
Reviewed Spicy Turkey Meatballs and Spaghetti
"These meatballs were absolutely amazing! I wasn't sure what to expect and they just blew me away. I didn't change a thing in the recipe - they're perfect. Give this recipe a try; you won't be sorry! "
Reviewed Salisbury Steak
"I was looking to do something different with my meatloaf mix, so I thought I'd give this recipe a try because it got good reviews. I'm glad I did - It was hearty and oh so good! This was my first time making Salisbury Steak, although have eaten it many times before. All of the prep work is definitely worth it; it was like a blast from my childh""
Reviewed Grilled Chicken with Basil Dressing

And, the basil dressing is so fresh and pairs perfectly with the grilled chicken - which always turns out very, very moist. I would have given this recipe 5 stars, but found that it was very runny - and I followed the directions exactly. Other than that, I would highly reco"
Reviewed Challah French Toast
"This was the best french toast ever! The flavor was just wonderful with the orange and honey, and the Challah bread was the perfect vehicle for this dish. My only suggestion would be not to soak the bread for the full 5 minutes because the bread wants to fall apart. This will definitely stay on my weekend breakfast rotation!
Reviewed Perfect Roast Chicken
"I've made many roast chickens in my time, but this was by far the best roast chicken I've ever made! The chicken was very fllavorful and juicy, the veggies were roasted to perfection, and the gravy was just excellent! This meal brought me back to my childhood and reminded me of my Mom's cooking. This will be the only recipe for roast chicken I will ever use going forward. Even my teenage daughter who doesn't like poultry very much enjoyed it. Do try this recipe...you won't regret it!
