Reviewed Pizza Dough

"Emeril doesn't specify a flour type to use, I've made this with two different types. Both are Wheat Montana brand, Natural White and Bronze Chief Whole Wheat. Both produce an excellent dough and crust, but the BCWW is remarkably easy to work with and can be spread out very thin. I also prefer to prebake the crust since I load up the veggies and they contain a lot of moisture and will make the crust soggy. Every time I make this, I make it a little different to try to find the perfect crust, tonight I'm re-raising the already rolled out dough. This recipe is great though, its easy to follow and effortless and extremely tasty.

Reviewed Cranberry Sauce

"I didn't have the honey, so I made this with 3/4 C Brown Sugar, 1/3 C Apple Cider 1/3 C Orange Juice and 12 oz package of fresh cranberries. All I can say is that it is amazing and 10x better than any canned cranberries I've ever had before.
