For those that may not know, this dish was a staple item at Reign Restaurant in Beverly Hills back in the early 2000';s. The restaurant was owned by NFL player Keyshawn Johnson. It was outstanding when served at the restaurant and so easy to make at home. Glad I have the recipe because the restaurant has been closed for a few years now."

Knitnola I sincerely hope that you did not use a cup of salt on two chicken breasts? Even 2 tablespoons of salt as you suggested would be way too much. This was quick, easy and tasty. Used brown sugar and did a mix of sugar snap peas and asparagus. Very delicious. Might even add sake and miso paste to the dressing next time and use as a marinade for black cod. This was really a great dressing!""

This salad would be delicious served cold. I haven't had Ina's version but I have had similar versions served cold as part of a salad trio in many restaurants. I am looking forward to trying it both hot and cold.
