My Activity

Reviewed Corn and Red Cabbage Salad

"This is so simple and delicious. I will make it often. I used cabbage from my garden and leftover corn-on-the-cob (cut off, of course) that I bought from a local farm, so I am sure the freshness of my ingredients was a big plus. Cabbage is so good for you, I am always on the lookout for ways to use more of it.

Reviewed Pecorino and Bean Salad

"My daughter and I just love this salad. It is so simple and delicious. I cut down on the parsley since we are not big on it, but otherwise I followed the recipe. Gave some to a friend, and she went out and made it herself the same week.

Reviewed Pistachio-Crusted Tilapia with Chard, Flash-Fried Prosciutto, Gorgonzola and Pine Nuts

"I have never left a review of my own before, but I had to this time. This tilapia is the best I have ever had! I made it just like the recipe except I had to add honey to regular dijon mustard. The nut mixture stuck very well, and the fish cooked up beautifully. My husband only tolerates fish (which I love), but even he had a second helping of this. I thought the best parts of the fish had the most mustard (I only used a thin coat), so next time I will be a bit more generous with the mustard and I will get the ingredients to try the chard.
