Love, love, love this recipe. So easy and it was such a huge hit last year, I was requested to fry three turkeys this year.

HELP FOOD NETWORK: I have a cooler that can hold two turkeys (with brine). Should I double the recipe or will that make the meat of both too salty/sweet?
