Reviewed Beef Pozole
"This recipe was Great!! I am not a great cook, however I followed the recipe and it was easy to understand. I did however change one ingredient. The meat. I know the meat called for beef shank, however the guy at the grocery store suggested pork shank and it made it taste great. He also suggested pork shoulder (for flavoring) and it worked as well. But I do have to say, the broth was excellent. My wife even enjoyed it. Thanks Marcela. Looks like I have a new family recipe. Can't wait to try more.
