After heeding the warning from other reviewers (thank-you!) that the dijon honey sauce was too sweet, I used 2 Tbsp French's "Honey Dijon Mustard" (that's all I had and added about 1 tsp of honey to taste. I used a regular lemon because I didn't have Meyer Lemons so instead I compensated by adding blood orange olive oil to the goat cheese mixture "
