"FANTASTIC! This is a wonderful recipe just as it is! We like more pumpkin & spice at my house, so I up both quite a bit. For guests though, I make it as it is. I cool cheesecake in oven w/wooden spoon in door, after I turn heat off. Never had a crack so far. THANKS PAULA!!!!""
