Reviewed Herbed Basmati Rice
"Easy and absolutely delicious. I used my rice cooker and paired it with Ina's curried chicken salad recipe. It was excellent and such an easy meal! The rice was flavorful and the presentation was beautiful! Ina your recipes never fail me : )"
Reviewed Curried Chicken Salad
"Great! The chicken breasts cooked much quicker than stated, about 25 minutes. Also, used only 1 tsp of salt and it had plenty of flavor. Definitely making this again. "
Reviewed Curried Couscous
"Excellent. It is very easy and has a beautiful presentation. Only change was that I added slightly less than 1 tsp of salt than what the recipe called for and I added more raisins and almonds. It was great and the curry flavor was not overbearing at all. I may add more spice to the next one. Definitely making this again!"
Reviewed Potato Salad
"This was a great recipe. The only thing that I left out was the addition of salt at the very end. It would have been too salty with the extra two teaspoons that the recipe calls for. Definitely will be making this again! "
Reviewed Peanut Butter Granola Bars
"I really enjoyed these, but replaced 1/2 cup of the oats with whole wheat pastry flour. Its not the traditional granola method but they held nicely, and the texture is great. Definitely will make them again. ""
Reviewed Zucchini with Parmesan
"This was very easy and fast! Not to mention the flavor was amazing. I cut the recipe in half and added a clove of garlic and a little squeeze of fresh lemon juice. The dish came out great. The parmesan pulled the flavors and texture together. Great dish, will definitely make it again.
Reviewed Raspberry Cake Bars
"These were great. Very easy and they look beautiful. Also just spray the tinfoil with pam before pressing the dough in. Also the top gets cooked quicker than the bottom so I recommend covering it for part of the cooking time. This will ensure that the edges dont get too dark. I will make this again.
