Reviewed Pumpkin Cinnamon Pancakes

The pancakes came out great, but I had to make an adjustment because my pancake mix called for egg. I added the egg and eliminated the equivalent of the water. For my family of 6 I needed a triple batch (served alongside bacon, eggs, and fruit), and if I were to make them again I'd make 4 times the recipe so we'd have some leftovers."

Delicious, and used up lots of fresh tomatoes. I was only able to layer twice with my pie plate--if you have a deep-dish one I'd use that instead. Also when they say to let it cool, LET IT COOL! Otherwise it's just a big soupy mess. Still yummy, though."

I have tried to make hash browns before and failed. This time, I made the potato mixture but then had to let it sit while I made the other parts of the meal. I made the chicken, but not the biscuits. We ate it over mashed potatoes, which worked out great because the chicken and potatoes could both cook on the stove and be ready at the same time, and I didn't have to heat up the kitchen. Based on the reviews I read here, I added some more flour earlier, and the gravy did cook up thinner after the chicke"
