"I found this recipe easy to make.
I added some fresh chopped parsley on top of the mushrooms before topping with the sauce.
Some people found it a little bland... I will try to add goat cheese next time to kick up the flavor a bit. But it is deliciously creamy and great the next day!""

I was born and raised in France. I love food! There are very few things I do not like. I really enjoy trying new dishes in restaurants, especially ethnic food.
I like to cook but do it rarely. For me it is something to be shared and I find cooking for myself is not fun.
