I found this recipe easy to make.
I added some fresh chopped parsley on top of the mushrooms before topping with the sauce.
Some people found it a little bland... I will try to add goat cheese next time to kick up the flavor a bit. But it is deliciously creamy and great the next day!""

Super easy recipe! I added some balsamic vinegar, freshly crushed garlic (with the tomatoes), I used a little bit of kosher salt instead of coarse salt and a small pinch of white pepper. My husband and guests loved it!""
