"We made these shrimp with prosciutto and regular bacon. The shrimp wrapped with prosciutto was very salty tasting. Prosciutto is normally salty but it over powered the shrimp. Reviewed Apple Stuffed Pork Loin Roast

"This was wonderful. My other half doesn't really care for pork but he enjoyed this roast. I used another cooks idea and put bacon on top. I googled how to butterfly the roast and it was very easy. I also let it set for about 15 minutes and the roast soaked up all of the juice. I will be making this again. "
