I have been making this recipe for years and have given it to lots of friends. I have tweaked it to fit my families taste buds. The adults like this chili over rice and the kids go crazy when I have Frito's on the table."

This was great. The family loved it. I used canned chipotles instead of the dried peppers. We also added chiles that we got from the Hatch Festive. Then added black olives because my kids love them. We will be making them again soon.""

I also let it set for about 15 minutes and the roast soaked up all of the juice. I will be making this again. "

I made this tonight for my boyfriend and I. I cut the recipe in half. It was so good. I served it with homemade bread. It was so good to soak up the gravy. One thing i did differently was to discard the extra grease after browning the meat and cooked the veggies in a little of the broth to reduce some of the fat. This will be something i make...
