Reviewed The Ultimate Beef Wellington

Dec 23, 2013 on FoodNetwork.com

Worth the effort! Only change I make is adding a thin layer of liver pate on top of the duxelles before adding the mustard coated beef. It adds that wow factor with its richness and it blends perfectly with the other flavors!

Reviewed Fried Oyster Poor Boys with Homemade Bbq Sauce and a Crunchy Blue Cheese Slaw

Aug 7, 2011 in Food Network Community Toolbox on FoodNetwork.com

This is a hit with everyone who tastes it! Even my "I hate seafood" daughter devours these sandwiches because the sweetness of the oysters is so well balanced by the incredible slaw's tanginess.""

Reviewed Tabbouleh with Lamb and Pine Nuts

Apr 20, 2011 in Food Network Community Toolbox on FoodNetwork.com

This one is a keeper! You can play around with the spices but I do not recommend substituting the lamb, it is part of what makes this wonderful!

On a side rant: If you don't like an ingredient that is called for and you make a poor substitution (like mint for parsley or ground chicken for lamb), please don't rate the recipe because...

Reviewed Shepherds Pie with Scallion-Cheese Crust

Mar 20, 2011 in Food Network Community Toolbox on FoodNetwork.com

Reviewed Best Ever Green Bean Casserole

Jan 24, 2011 in Food Network Community Toolbox on FoodNetwork.com

Easy, healthy and DELICIOUS! I cannot believe the volume of flavor that you get from this incredibly easy recipe, even my fish-hating child scarfs this up as fast as I can plate it.

Reviewed Thai Shrimp Curry

Nov 28, 2010 in Food Network Community Toolbox on Food Network

This recipe is AWESOME! I started out making this as an appetizer but it was so good we made it the main course. The flavors are very bold with curry adding bite to the sweetness of the shrimp. Be warned, these shrimp are so good you'll be serving your guests fewer than suggested so you can keep more for yourself.
