Reviewed Chicken with Mustard Mascarpone Marsala Sauce

This recipe was absolutely amazing! The only alterations I made were to use white wine and to saute the onions longer, as I had no Marsala. I wanted to lick the plates, it was so delicious. I will make this one over and over. Next time, I will also use more onions. Giada, your recipes are terrific!""
