"Wonderful and quick. I substituted orange liqueur such as Grand Marnier for the brandy. Also zested and juiced an orange and added to the water which I increased to a total of 5 oz (water and oj) with a touch of ground cinamon for spice.

Yummy aroma!"

"I saw the show and this looked really good and simple so I tried it. My husband loved it! My sauce did not get really syrupy but the flavor was wonderfully tangy and a bit sweet but not too much. The warm bread was perfect to catch all the juices. The next time I may add a little garlic to the roasting process like suggested below. ""
