This was delicious! Made mashed potatoes to go with the awesome, rich gravy. The only thing I changed was to add a beaten egg to the meat mixture to bind it together. Also, next time I may add a touch of cream to the gravy at the end, to make it creamier.

I honestly don't understand the good reviews. These were awful. The dough was ridiculously difficult to work with, which I could live with if they tasted good, but they were bland, spongy and tasted like something out of a box. Even my 15 year old son, who loves sweets, said "They're staying down, but don't make them again." Enough said. I usually...

Even though the potatoes were delicious, I won't make this recipe again. The heavy cream left a curdled appearance all over the potatoes, and they just looked unappetizing. There are better recipes out there. This just isn't worth all the fat and calories."

Wow! These were the most amazing ribs I have ever eaten. I have to say, though, that I cooked them for a total of 4 hours. That was how long they took to be tender and falling off the bone. The sauce was incredible. Love the bacon/thyme trick. These are going into my regular rotation of meals!""
