Reviewed Fresh Corn Casserole with Red Bell Peppers and Jalapenos

I'm giving it a five-star because I added Parmesan cheese to the mix to soak up some of the cream. After baking I sprinkled Parmesan cheese over the top and broiled it to give it a light crust. It was too runny, as is...but the Parmesan cheese addition created a perfect consistency and really added some great flavor. "
