"Why call this meatloaf? I'd call it a perfectly seasoned hamburger steak. Reheats and freezes well (uncooked) so I always make extra. If I'm lazy I serve it with frozen fries. Reviewed Hummus

"Tried a few recipes before settling on this one. I use two cloves of garlic (unless its a few days old, in which case I use 1-2 more and add 1/3 cup of olive oil and 1 tablespoon of cumin (from Bittman's recipe, which is also v good. I think the hot sauce is what elevates it - I use Frank's Red Hot. Dipping frenzy! Thanks Ina!"
