I doubled the recipe and cooked everything the night before. tripled the fresh herbs. I also fried some diced pancetta for a salad and brushed the browned ribs with the drippings from the pancetta. Absolutely delicious. I did add a bit of spicy basil (new item in my garden this year) - other than that, made the recipe as is...so easy and flavorful. I had everything to make the recipe in my garden, fridge and pantry...yum!"

I have made this dish many times and have made a couple of changes that I think make the dish taste even better. I replace part of the stock with dry white wine (I like Vermouth) and I add rosemary (minced) to the biscuits instead of the parsley. Comfort food at it's best.
