"Yumm-oooo! I made this for dinner last night and it was a major hit. Very easy to put together. Served it with a salad and some french bread! I didn't have any cheddar on hand so I just used pecorino romano. I also added about a half teaspoon of dried basil and oregano to the sauce for a little more flavor. I'll definitely be making this again.
