"This is the BEST turkey recipe you will ever find! I did not brine my turkey, and I used a frozen turkey, so I was a little apprehensive. It made no difference. It was SOOO moist and delicious. It came out perfectly browned w/ the skin nice and crisp. My family has officially elected me to make Thanksgiving every year now. Small note...I did replace the lemon with apple and that helped to make the turkey very moist. I highly recommend this recipe if you want perfect, moist, succulent turkey!
