Reviewed Butternut Squash Soup
"This is a great recipe! I tried it for my first time last night and after peeling the squash I began to dice the squash when I diced right into my thumb! Ouch! I'm okay though and the soup turned out great. I wish I had some cream to add near the end and that I used a little less stock just to thicken things up a bit!
Great dinner with garlic cheese bread! Left overs for lunch!
