"Great recipe after a little modification... I found the ganache was too soft to roll into balls, even after chilling overnight in the refrigerator, so doubling the chocolate (yum!) to cream ratio to 2:1 made them much more workable. A touch of espresso powder made it taste darker and richer, which I liked. Can't wait to try maybe a smidge of Chi"
