Made this recipe as is - FABULOUS. Grilled outside and served with BBQ ribs - a great compliment to the meal. It was a big hit. I was sure to let the sauce reduce by 1/2 as the recipe calls for; I was over it to stir quite a bit because I used the burner on the grill.
