Nice salad. Not spectacular, but it had good flavour. I really enjoyed the basil in it.
I very much liked the bread. I only wish I had served the bread on the side rather than tossing it with the salad and vinaigrette. They just ended up so soggy and lost their crunch...
Also, I think I would add slightly less oil to the vinaigrette....

This was very impressive for my guests and it was so easy to make. Perfect!
I couldn't get my hands on lobster meat, so I used king prawn shrimp. They were uncooked and frozen, so I took my good chicken stock and used that to boil the shrimp for 2 minutes. I also couldn't find the sausage... So I used chorizo cut into big chunks to match...

Nice recipe. Easy to follow.
I put 1 cup of all purpose flour and 1/2 cup of whole wheat just to make it a bit healthier. The half cup was really noticeable.
I didn't have any nutmeg so I used cinnamon and sprinkled in chopped strawberries as they were cooking.
Very nice recipe. Just make sure the butter is at room temperature...

I love making corn bread like this to go with spaghetti and meatballs!
This recipe was very good and easy to follow.
I put it in a regular square baking pan however and I didn't bother with butter milk. I also used vegetable oil instead of melted butter.... Just because of what I had available.
It turned out great!
