About Me
If every culture is a window into human nature, then the food of said cluster is a magnifying glass. I am involbed in an ongoing love affair with the history and significance of food in the lives of us everyday homo sapiens, and I plan to ***** the plate of our pasts to discover it. My hero's are Margaret Mead, Faith D'Aluisio and Deborah Duchon (nutrient anthropologist from Good Eats.) Ethnic nourishment of all categories fascinate me in my learning quest to cook the culinary antiquities of yesteryear's humans. Traditions old and blooming, I want to be their to experience it.
