Reviewed Penne with Spinach Sauce

Love this recipe, although the garlic is a little strong, and I used a third of the pasta. You get a lot more of the spinach flavor that way. I imagine if my pasta was hotter (I forgot to make the spinach sauce WHILE the pasta was cooking) it might have cooked the garlic a little and not been quite as strong.
