"Loved this...something different and the sauce, wow! I tried it thinking Balsamic and Maple Syrup? but the taste of the sauce was a delicious surprise. I added a little rosemary to the sauce and it was a nice touch. The pork chops with the smokey heat from the chile powder and the sweet/savory sauce is a great combo. AND HOW SIMPLE IS THIS? Excell"

"Cubanelle Peppers are a variety of peppers that are also known as Italian Frying Peppers, they are long, thin, light green and curl at the ends.
