Reviewed Eggs in Baskets

"This was very good. I tried two ways.
Did it in 2 stages...Grated potatoes and prep everything else the night before. Cooked baskets for 30 mins. Reheated baskets for 20 mins, then added eggs. It was soggy and the potatoes were dark...but good.
Yolks were cooked not runny.

Second way...follow direction. Use large eggs. Didn't add cheese so you don't put it back under broiler. Thats why the yolks cook. We like the yolk runny. I sprinkled some sharp parmesan when I took them out. Excellent!!:)
