I have never worked with phyllo dough before and it was a challenge. It didn't roll out at all - sheets just separated as I attempted to roll it. Maneuvered it somewhat to recipe standards but I would have liked more instruction or warnings about how to work with that dough. Looks good - haven't eaten it yet .... company coming in about an hour"
