This is the best Tiramisu recipe hands down! I do make a few small changes that I like. If you want to keep it alchol free make a coffee simple syrup. Also I have learned that if you beat the the cheese to much it will start to break down and be grainy. So just a few bits from a fellow Chef"

Reviewed White Chocolate Mousse

Mousse had great flavor but there were some problems. It is very very light and airy which is a good thing for a stand alone dessert, but not what I was expecting. I used this as a filling in Gale Gands chocolate flourless cake with Kahula. The cake was great but I learned that this is just for a standalone desssert"
