Reviewed Chocolate Fruit Cake
"So moist and rich. Made it as a Christmas cake for my mum-in-law and it went down a treat! I also added extra cocoa powder and once cooled, skewered it and poured more Tia Maria into it. Absolutely yummy.
Also made it without the oranges (I didn't have any in) and added chopped dates and extra Tia Maria and milk. Still tasted wonderful.
Once marzipanned and iced lasts as long as any fruit cake wrapped in tin foil.
