I watched Tyler make this and thought...No way am I going to do all of that stuff. But...hey I did! This recipe was terrific. The meat was so tender and delicious. I had to improvize since I did not have enough foil to do the cover thingie.
So, I did place foil in the bottom of a large roaster; placed the wet applewood chips (already had...

Served the meatball and cauliflower with white rice since that is our favorite. Thanks, Chef Robert for the show and my hat's off to the creator, Oliver Andreini.

These biscuits were absolutely terrific. I think that I reviewed them somewhere else after the "Throwdown." The biscuits were light, fluffy, and the pepper was a nice touch. It was the first time that I had ever made biscuits that weren't a rock or crumbly. Thanks, Bobby. You are a great, maestro of an Iron Chef!

Out of sight! This is just a fantastic recipe for shrimp. We loved it. I cooked it on a Monday and a Friday. Easy, ingredients sing...loved it. Oh, I will confess to allowing the shrimp to marinate in the seasonings overnight. This might have pumped it up a bit to an even greater flavor. Thanks, Bobby. Really loved this recipe, except for the bacon. Although it was nice and crispy, my family preferred the salad without the bacon. Call it tradition, I guess. However, everyone said that the salad was very good and it went fast. Thanks, Bobby.
