Reviewed Homemade Soft Pretzels

Made these for a beer tasting party I hosted. BIG HIT with the guys. I ran out of egg yolk mixture, so I recommend making double that. I also made them as pretzel bites instead of full pretzels and had to flip them half way through the baking process so that they wouldn't be too brown on one side."

Fantastic recipe! And what I love is you can substitute any booze or dry cookie. I made two variations this last year:
S'more balls: Marsh-mellow vodka, graham crackers, and cocoa powder (omit the spices)
Apple Pie balls: Apple moonshine, graham crackers, and cinnamon (omit the cocoa powder)"

Reviewed Margherita Pizza with Vodka Tomato Sauce

I only made the sauce and it was a hit. I added some tomato paste because I like my sauce a little thicker and richer. I also added a ton of herbs to it to spice things up. I think this makes a great base sauce for a pizza, the cream definitely made it taste a lot richer."
