This is fabulous. Even when my first attempt (from memory the day after seeing this episode) strayed (drizzled the vinagrette instead of marinating, didn't oil the bread) it was fantastic. And even with CHEAP (>$1) sardines, it was pretty darned good! Now a "stay at home date night" favorite!""

A new favorite for our family. Traditional pumpkin pies seem bland compared to this fabulous recipe. The ginger cookie crust really adds to the wow factor. And the ease of this recipe is certainly a plus, too. This will be on our table (for a few seconds, at least) on T'day!
