Reviewed Sweet Potato, Bacon and Apple Hash

"Fan-TAS-tic!!! Only "criticism"? Probably not "Easy" but "Medium". Made this twice; as usual, 2nd time was better. Carefully read all reviews and thank you, they were a big help. One reviewer said use "good culinary techniques". Amen. Other good advice? Definitely drain almost all bacon fat. Dry crisp bacon on side & return at end. Could be "zippier" too. After sauteing onions, I added the splash of apple cider. Also added a little cayenne pepper & brown sugar...be careful with these. After al dente potato roast, then browned them in separate frying pan & added back at end. 1st time was too soggy. Hard to find the green pumpkin seeds but they were so worth it, for both color & foodie braggin' rights!
