"This recipe was just ok. I thought it was adequate, but I've definitely had better brussel sprout dishes. My husband, who only likes brussel sprouts in certain dishes, absolutely hated this dish. Also, it took forever for it to cook - a lot longer than 15 minutes (more like 30-40 min. However, I did forget to cover the pan during the simmering so that probably didn't help any.) I probably won't make this one again.
