"This is a fantastic recipe! It has lots of flavors that all combine perfectly and is easy to make. I just used a sprayed non-stick pan instead of lining a pan with parchment paper and it turned out fine. I will make it again!"

Reviewed Chocolate Malt Sandwiches

"These were a decent amount of work and I didn't think that they were all that great. The flavor of the frosting is wonderful, but the cookie part is rather bland. I was going to give them as gifts but I decided not to. I am not sure if the frosting will actually set either, since it has heavy cream in it. I worked the dough in batches and the last couple of batches had runny edges and looked terrible. If you do cook them, make sure you don't roll out the dough too thin.

Reviewed Beef Stroganoff

"After reading this recipe I was worried about making this. But I added couple tablespoons or so of extra flour and then some Herbs de Provence (french seasoning mix) and gave it a little extra boiling time to thicken up. It was pretty good for being lower fat. I also used tenderloin tips ( ask your butcher for them) that I trimmed and sliced instead of london broil, which I think is a horrible cut of meat. My boyfriend and I are big foodies and we approved!

"My Mom couldn't find our family recipe so I used this one, it was really good. It had too much sugar for my personal taste. Next time I make it I will use less sugar. But it browned really nicely and make a crunchy crust on the outside. Yum.
