I made this cake for Thanksgiving and it was AMAZING! I used a regular cream cheese frosting instead (2 sticks butter, 2 8oz packs of cream cheese and 1.5 pounds of powder sugar) with the pecans on the side and it turned out so good that it was gone in 4 days!!
