Reviewed Apple Crumble with Cardamom-Vanilla Caramel Sauce

Absolutely yummy! I would be curious to know if anyone was able to strain the caramel sauce? I tried to get it through a coffee strainer but it was too thick. I couldn't get the cardamom seeds out, but it was still good. I'd probably use about 1/2 as much of the crumble next time. It seemed like the apples got a bit lost.
