A go to favorite and often requested meal from our guest. We seldom prepare less then three loins when cooking this dish.No other marinated pork loin recipe matches or comes close plus a lot of fun to cook and serve!

As for asparagus, avoid the thin pencil sized specimens (too watery w/ no substance) as they are usually from the first spring cut or from a root sprout/ crown, aging from a year to nearly 20 years. Keep the fabulous recipes coming Ina, they have greatly enhanced my creativeness and repertoire!
